[Boatanchors] TV-7 repair

I just got a call from a computer-less fellow that has a TV-7 in need of repair.  I seem to remember a fellow in Arizona that repairs/exchanges them or am confusing that with the guy that repairs/exchanges URM-25's?  Either way, if you know someone that provides tube tester service and/or exchange please let me know so I can pass it on to him.
