[Boatanchors] Edison 501 Thermal Time Delay Relay

Hello,
I am looking for a datasheet on the Edison 501 Thermal Time Delay Relay. 
This is an octal tube, pinout is similar to the more common Amperite models.
I have one on the bench with a nominal voltage of 115v and it does not 
work with DC applied to the heater. AC is fine.

I do have a datasheet for the Amperite Thermal Time Delay Relay and it 
specifies that either AC or DC is ok for the heater.

A typical application for these relays is a linear where the plate 
voltage is applied several minutes after the heaters are switched on.
