[Boatanchors] Speaker repair

That paper was called "silkspan".  It worked better when it was sprayed with water and then left to dry.  That pulled the covering taught.  Then, "dope" was applied.

I would be very hesitant to use this on a speaker because if the humidity went up there might be a possibility of the paper shrinking and distorting the speaker's cone.

I think the paper is different.

Years ago, there was a sort of open paper sold for covering model planes,
designed to be doped and shrink a bit. That might also work.
