[Boatanchors] Can anybody ID this equipment from the Andy Griffith Show? (Picture)

The unit in the photo is a Motorola box.  Motorola used this enclosure 
for wire-line remote control units for higher powered base radios as 
well as low-powered complete radios.  It is impossible to tell which 
version is in use from the photo, but I strongly suspect is is just the 
remote control.   The desk mike is clearly a Motorola unit.   No idea 
what the  unit under the Motorola box is.  It looks a bit like something 
from CAI, who made lots of HF sets of this general configuration, but 
not sure.   In some of the shows, their radio was an Eico 720 / 730 ham 
rig (transmitter only, no receiver showing), but that is not what is 
shown here.  .
