[Boatanchors] LF/MF Coils for HRO SR.?

I'll fill in a little;

E - 900 - 2000 Khz
F - 500 - 1000 KHz
G - 175 - 400 KHz
H - 100  -200 KHz
J - 50 - 100 KHz

These are all a little rare as mosts hams bought the ABCD coils covering
shortwave.

You'll notice the gap in the 400 - 500 range around the IF. This make
the HRO a nonstarter for the new MF band, however there was the Navy RAS
with a 175 KHz IF.

RAS coils include 190 - 450 and 450 - 900 KHz.  The RAS doesn't have a
crystal filter.

Optimum boatanchors include RBB, AR-88LF, and possibly RAL.
