[Boatanchors] Richmond VA hamfest report

Well, more photos more than a report -

Saw lots of boatanchor pals there and I thought a pretty good
selection of BA's. No military other than a couple of R-390A's. Fair
amount of homebrew gear (tuners, amps) and parts. Pretty good
attendance - this location draws the DC area crowd as well as NC.
