[Boatanchors] Question on Oscillators

Hi Lee,
That's a Pierce oscillator. Very handy for allowing either xtal or VFO
operation since
the feedback from the screen can easily be disconnected.
This particular oscillator is also an ECO since the output is taken from
the plate,
whereas the functional anode for the oscillator is the screen grid.
