[Boatanchors] Off Topic Subjects

	IMHO I think we are starting to go paranoid over off topic subjects
again.  Measurements, parts and their construction among other great and
small items do have a part to play on a topical base no matter whether we
are talking about test gear, measurements, Nationals and Hammarlund, Collins
and other radios.  Obviously we need to relate to older electronics somehow
but being paranoid about it, or being Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
So before I get written off the list, lets allow some tolerance.  And my pet
peeve is that no one knows how to strip a previous email off of the their
reply..
