[Boatanchors] GRC-9 P.A. - 2E22 equiv?

Never been that plentiful, but 4 of them on the e place right now.  A  
307A/RK75 as used in the SCR-284 might also work.  Lower specs  
including a
5.5 volt filament but these aren't easy to find either.  The 2E22  
seems like an odd choice for the tube audio crowd BTW but go figure...

If you are talking about the Shuguang FU7 that's an 807 which has an  
indirectly heated cathode instead of a quick heating filament like the  
2E22
(and 307A).  Also a beam tetrode, hence no suppressor grid to modulate.
