Are you into building one?   Parts are readily available - I may even 
have a transformer that I can send you (for postage).  a simple series 
regulator power supply is dead-nuts easy to build.   Circuits are 
everywhere, or I can work up something for you.    Series regulator do 
not cause RFI.
