[Boatanchors] USPS- was Parts - was RS rant

Oh yeah, its been heating up for a few years now. She is single, Italian and 
Russian, kid is grown and ready to move out. The PO is in the next town 
which is a closer drive for me and she has an hour + commute since being 
transferred this way during a previous "consolidation".
