In the past 5-years I have had almost 100 packages damaged by UPS!  Fortunately, those coming from Mouser are "over packed" and the parts usually make it through fine.  On the other hand, I have never had an incoming package or outgoing package damaged by FedEx Ground.  Now I don't use FedEx air so I cannot comment on that.

The representatives that I talk to at Mouser are all aware of the problems with UPS!

Glen, I do live in the same area as you.  I ship and receive a 100 
packages a week through UPS.  Over the last year I have only had a 
couple damaged boxes.  I ask Mouser about problems with the Mesquite UPS 
hub, they didn't know what I was talking about.  I have never received 
one damaged box from Mouser.  Maybe UPS is farming out there shipments 
through Fedex?  I constantly receive damaged boxes from Fedex.  One good 
thing, your getting all the damaged UPS packages.  Guess you made the 
UPS gods mad?
