[Boatanchors] Parts - was RS rant

Ive always avoided Mousers on line search since it was a PITA. However their 
latest 2 paper catalogs have dropped several items that are in the on line 
one. After figuring out the logic behind their search and filtering its 
actually easy.

Mouser has been my #1 source almost since they started and I refuse to buy 
from these garage vendors selling no name Chinese crap, especially 
electrolytics....too many have had failures.
