By Greenies do you mean those small screwdrivers made
by Xcelite? Anyway, try to get your facts straight. For
instance see
http://www.fastcoexist.com/1678387/kill-the-myth-incandescent-bulbs-are-not-banned California legislation to ban tungsten does not takeeffect until 2017.For more detail on world wide banning of tungsten lamps see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phase-out_of_incandescent_light_bulbs Both of the Radio Shack stores near me have a number ofincandescent pilot lamps including the No.47, which is theubiquitous one. Its difficult to find normal tungstenhousehold lamps but, for most purposes, compact fluorescentlamps are cheaper to operate and have much longer lives. BTW, there are LED replacements for most standard pilotlamps including the No. 47. A google search will find them.--Richard KnoppowLos AngelesWB6KBLdickburk at ix.netcom.com
