You don't want to roll them around or do anything except keep them
vertical.  They should be stored and moved that way.  Of course that's
impossible when shipping via 3rd party.  After receipt they should be
stood vertical for some time.  You want the merc. to be in the bottom
away from the tube elements.

Old 866As have a lot of mercury in them.  866As made later on near the
end of manufacture (~1970) have much less.  I have some Cetrons made
in the late 1960s and you can hardly tell there's any in the bulb
without lighting up the filament.  I guess at some point it was
determined not much was needed.
