There are, that I know of, only two numbered 5-pin + guide chassis males, 
49036 (from multiple contractors) and SO-36.  But there are, that I know of, 
eleven mating cable connectors plus potentially three more if they were 
actually made.  All have the same insert.  They differ in the back shells - 
straight or right angle, solder gland (in three different diameters), 
compression gland, and cable clamp (two types).
