If such a thing exists, I'm not aware of it.  All I've ever seen is
the user manual/schematic book and the supplementary/obsolete tube data 
books.  I do have one of the last 539C roll charts ever published, but 
unfortunately it's impossible to copy.  Mike Marx at www.vacuumtubes.com 
can help with the tube data better than I can, and can also supply a 
bridge-calibrated 6L6 or you can roll your own cal rig.  The cal 
instructions are in the user manual.

Now, having said all of that, what's wrong with the tester?  Hopefully 
not a blown meter or a fragged-out button switch...
