After buying a Globe Scout 65 circa 1954, the seller mentioned asking the packer/shipper to be very careful and provide plenty of padding for this "ancient artifact".  I got a laugh from this because being older by a bit ( 1960 novice ) probably should be calling myself ancient artifact.  Finally, found out the seller was licensed the same year the rig was new...
