Are you referring to the 100K resistor to ground in the screen 
circuit of the 6CL6 stage as the missing resistor?

Yes , on my schematic its labeled R61, but missing from the rig.

It looks original, but I can't be sure

Mine has them. Again I can't be sure if they are a original or user installed.
