      Just got off the phone with Dee.  He's not well and hasn't been 
for a long time.  But he's still "vertical".  How long is anyone's 
guess.  He appreciates the concern shown and wanted me to pass that 
along.  I've known  him for 25+ years when both of us were in far better 
health and able to do many other things.  Howard Mills has been helping 
him with moving a lot of his gear and I'm not sure that any of that 
would happen if Howard weren't close enough to be of assistance.  He 
wanted me to express his appreciation to all and thanks for the 
concern.  I'll keep the list posted of anything that changes.
