[Boatanchors] Silent Keys

Seems to me if you check out the numbers provided by Dave Knepper, you'll see we're not really losing numbers,
but we're not growing the HF licenses like many of us would like.
We've also manufactured a bunch of techs who are getting the ticket for their jobs in Emergency Trades by clubs teaching the test in large numbers.
But as Mark KA4JVY said in his his post, there's room for optimism in the numbers. At least we're not losing in total ham population. 
Rather than complain, I guess each of us ought to get to the local club and do some elmering if we don't like the way things are turning out
