[Boatanchors] Slug-tuned inductors

If the slugs are locked with wax, I use my Pace desoldering station with 
the handpiece hooked up to the output rather than input of the vacuum pump.  
Wear safety glasses and if you have only one handpiece, do the routine 
cleaning before you reverse it.  You will not like the results of blowing molten 
solder out of the tip (ask me how I know).
