[Boatanchors] Boatanchor gear at the Shelby hamfest (Dallas NC) yesterday & today

this one caught my eye:

At first glance I thought it was either the R-1051 series or the T-827. But
when I zoomed in, the nomenclature was SC-910E exciter...What is this? what
did it go with?
