I have a DX-100 and an Apache. The Apache does not have 160 meters and
11 meters is only available with xtal control. Of course we don't have
the 11 meter band any more so that matters not but 160 is pretty good. I
would have to look closely at the Apache/DX-100 manuals but I think the
Apache has newer and better keying circuits that might be part of those
mods I downloaded on here the other day. I intend to incorporate them
into my copy of the DX-100. I use mine for CW so that sideband adapter
utility doesn't mean much to me. Maybe I'll change my mind some day.
