[Boatanchors] Chassis Cleaning

I bought one of those garment steaming machines for around $39.00 ....
Macy's on sale, as I recall.  Basically a heated tank of water delivering
steam through a hose.

I thought it would work well for steam cleaning nasty radios - and it does!
Just steam the chassis and use a paper towel to mop off the liquid sludge.
Just be careful around slugs / transformer cans that might contain wax so
you don't melt the guts.
