[Boatanchors] Chassis Cleaning

Their is a gentleman on the R-390 list that uses soda blasting in lieu 
of all this heavy nonsense.

It does NOT damage the chassis - NOR the markings.

As for media cleaning things such as brass for reloading, it isn't 
blasted.  It is vibrated in a tumbler.
