[Boatanchors] Unbuilt Heathkit IT-28 Capacitor Checker

I think I bought this unbuilt kit about 15 years ago. 
I just found it in my garage and do NOT need it as I 
have two other capacitor testers. 
 
The box has several of the flaps missing, but the kit 
appears to be complete with parts in individual bags. 
The assembly/operation manual is still folded up as it 
came from Benton Harbor and has the serial number
sticker (07706) included. Copyright is 1968.
 
I'll offer it here before I put it on ePay.
