Try ebay.  I got a couple NIB there a year ago.  Also found one at a
'fest a while back. Not common (or cheap!), but they are out there.

This may be an impossible request but I need 3 of the Millen high 
voltage cable end connectors.  I have the chassis mount  part and need 
the cable end to go with them.
