[Boatanchors] Kester 88

Tin whiskers have been found to be responsible for 
sensitivity degradation in GE Mastr II receivers.
 
They grow in the preselector cavities and basically
short out and detune the cavities, destroying the
resonance and therefore, the sensitivity.
