Hi Dave:
I have used Mirosoft paint for years. Simple to use. You can import or
draw any electronic symbols then reuse them at will. Look at the schematic
that we made for the SR-2000 engineering and feature changes in the photo's
section of the Hallicrafters Yahoo site. I have gone through two more
revisions for corrections and have yet to upload the new schematic, so
ignore the one that's there. That schematic will print in any size from
nothing to 3X4 feet.

I am looking for suggestions on the "best" drawing software for vacuum
tube schematics. I have Visio, AutoCad, and AutoCad LT. AutoCad is
difficult to use unless you are an experienced user. Visio sees to have
a number of electronics symbols and is easier for the inexperienced. I
haven't looked at AutoCad LT yet.
What other types of software might there be that can be learned without
hours and hours of effort?
