[Boatanchors] Meter scale needed

I have two very nice Elmac PMR 8 receivers and want to get S meter dial scales made for them. I have acquired two NOS Simpson Model 127 meters which are the identical meter used by Elmac to place their S meter scale on.

I have one original Elmac S meter scale that can be used to duplicate . The original scale is clean and in great shape. I would like to have another S meter scale made for the second S meter. I would be concerned about making one that would tend to fade or yellow with time. The scale is black on white so there would be no complications from multiple colors. 

Can someone give me ideas about how I can get a high quality scale made? Do you know of a company who does that type of work? Your assistance will be greatly appreciated. 73, John, K5PGW
