Rick -

I use the 5% spray for pots.  I don't think the 100% has as much, (or any,) lubrication.  I haven't 
come across a dirty pot yet that the 5% wouldn't clean, and the lube makes them feel like new.  So 
far it's only failed me once, and that was a pot that had a hole burned right through the carbon 
track.  Looked like lightning hit it!!  :-)

Yes, the spray cans come with the extender tube, flexible enough to bend around a little to get into 
the open port of a pot.
