[Boatanchors] [Johnson] Loss of a great Johnson Restorer

We knew it was coming, but that doesn't make it any less sad or
sobering. I was fortunate to speak with Dee numerous times over the
years, most recently on 40 meters a couple weeks back. He sounded
upbeat, as someone had recently gotten his aerial back up in the air
so he could operate.

He will be missed by many, for his friendly nature as well as his work
restoring old gear.
