Google "All of Craig's List" and it will take you to a web site that will do
just that.

So far I have sold several items on Craig's list with no incident.
I specify my terms of sale just like I would on a bidder site. 
Cash is preferred unless previous arrangements have been made. Then PayPal,
USPS money order, Certified Check on a local bank. If payment is other than
PayPal or Cash then I want to see a Govt issued picture ID as well.
