[Boatanchors] FS: Millen Gear 8:1 Reduction Tuning Dial with Multi-Scale Dial

This is what appears to be a new Millen Catalog Number 10039 tuning 
dial with scale.  This is the smaller version that measures 4" wide 
by 3-1/4" high.  The gearing ratio is 8:1.  Very smooth tuning 
feel.  There are six scales on the blank plastic index scale is 0-100 
over 180 degrees.

This item appears to be unused.  However the plastic index scale has 
a small crack that runs across the top edge approximately half way 
across.  I have repaired it with "Magic tape" but it is visible if 
you look carefully.
