Around the Northeast there is a lot of activity around 3935 to 3960 
most evenings.

And for some real entertainment, catch the clowns and jokers on 
3910.  Not exactly what you might call family-friendly, if you catch my drift.

You didn't ask about AM, but 3880 and 3885 are popular frequencies 
for the AM crowd.
