[Boatanchors] NEED MANUAL HELP

I have the RC-115 and use it all of the time.  Basically, it is a  Sprague 
TO-5.  Works quite well.  I also have a .pdf of the manual if  you still 
need it.

Last weekend I picked-up a very nice Capacitance Analizer at a  Hamfest but 
no manual. I have checked All The Usual Suspects with  no  results.

The unit is made  by SEMCOR, Model # RC-115. Possibly  manufactured in 
Puerto Rico?  Has anyone ever heard of this unit? It is  such a nice and 
complete unit that I would hate to see it put back on the  shelf. While I have not 
peered inside, it has one of the Green Eye tubes as an  indicator (As well 
as a meter) so I feel sure that it is Hollow  State.

Any guidance  appreciated.
