RG-6A/U was designed for RF applications
RG-6/U or RG-6/Quad are designed for CATV applications.
I believe the diameter of the 6A is also larger then the 6/U. There are
also differences in the internal makeup of the cables.
If he's asking about the CATV stuff, I guess a lot depends on how much RF
you want to push through the cable. For the CATV stuff, all I see are
voltage breakdown ratings rather then RF power handling capabilities.
