[Boatanchors] AN/GRC - 9 24 volt work around

--I have the an/grc 5 receiver /powerpack  with shock bracket mount
for sale  weighs alot  to ship -- receiver works on 110 volts for about
five minutes then fades out 
the filiament voltage drops off - needs a vibrator I suppose.
