[Boatanchors] Boatanchor siting in 1943 "Batman" movie serial, can you identify it?

With this one email I'll say "Thank you" to everyone who helped me ID 
this rig.  And yes, it is funny how, in the movies they'd often plug a 
microphone into a receiver and call it a transceiver.  I guess they 
figured the general public wouldn't know the difference, and it was 
probably safer to let the actors play with a receiver than a transmitter 
anyway.

Also, there is enough light coming out of the side vents of that 
receiver to have a 60 Watt bulb inside.  Probably made it more visible 
to the cameras. . .
