Hi,
Today I was posting the 15 episodes of the 1943 Batman serial to my Old
Time Radio blog. While doing so I saw a boatanchor radio that looks
familiar. In episode 5 the villein was using it to communicate with an
Enemy Sub. I've posted two pictures at my OTR blog site, you may see
them here (click on image to enlarge). Besides the boatanchor radio,
there are other scenes containing old gear (one has a number of
equipment racks with lots of meters, don't know what it is). As in many
old movies/serials there is a lot of what I call 'Pseudo Science', and
as it was filmed during the height of WWII, stereotyping of our former
enemies.

You may see the first of the 15 episodes here, all 15 posted in
sequence. NOTE: This video series will only be open to the general
public for a couple days, then moved to "Contacts Only" for security
reasons. . .
