[Boatanchors] Packing materials

There is no universal "right answer" to packing things. What works for a
tube, is a disaster for a transformer, and conversely.

You must match the "mechanical impedance"-- match the packing material
rigidity to the item you are packing.

I use crumpled newspaper because it's stiffness can be adjusted by how
tightly you pack it.
