I went through this with those mica loading caps a few weeks ago.  You
are using the brown ones with the lugs on top right?  Made by CD or
Sangamo?   The prob. is that you never know when they'll be leaky or
something at h.v.  I had some that were FB but there were a couple
that were not, but they tested okay.   I threw in the towel and got RF
doorknobs made by HEC from RF parts.  If you only need one it's not
too bad on the wallet and they'll work, no chances.
