I worked for Ray Jef a short part time in Freeport, did the evening shift at
WGBB on weekends and raced on the 1/5 mile track, all in Freeport.

Ray Jeff was always in FCC trouble with type acceptance, their marine radio
I worked on looked like something a kid with all the tinned wire he wanted
was used. It ran parallel 807's and was a bit squirrely.

They were finally shut down for good and resurfaced down south. I have one
of their SS 630/RDF receivers which I use in the woods to plot BC station
bearings when testing Beverage directivity. It was made in Japan and the
label say a division of Jetronic Industries.
