Al,
Thank you (and everyone else) for the practical information.
I'll get back with any questions I might have, when
I start working on my 51J-4. Can't give a date --- that way I wont
have to make excuses or apologize!
I think I'll feed the IF to one of my BC-453's and see what that
sounds like -- will probably add an outboard ( retro-able!) product
detector,
and S-meter to the -453, that way I can use it for SSB on several of my mil
BA
receivers.
