Does anyone have a lineup of European tubes that were used commonly (before 
and after WW2) for AC/DC series string heater broadcast receivers?

I'm interested in knowing which type were actually used in the following 
tube base types:

G8A German 8 pin bases.
B8A European "rimlock" miniature tubes.
7 and 9 pin "modern" miniature tubes (B7G and B9A)
"Octal" European types.
