[Boatanchors] HV caps

I think that's going to be tough.  You probably will have to series a 
couple of 24 uF 350V caps.  You might even be able to put the in the 
original can.  I you don't want to try that yourself, there are people 
who do that sort of thing.  A quick search should turn them up.
