Definitely make sure and add a loop of rope, string, etc., so that you can easily pull more cable through the conduit.  Also, use larger diameter PVC than what you think will be needed.  The cost will be very little additional and I can assure you that, at a later date, you will "discover" that you need to run more coaxial cable.

Well unless you 'nick' it putting it in or have rodents that like to chew on it I would not worry much about it, just put it in PVC so you can pull it out later, or add more, slope it a little so will drain, (add an all weather binder twine pull string with it), moisture shouldn’t be problem as any 'good' coax is pretty much weather proof.  Sunlight has a greater deterioration than moisture. Have installed -miles- of the stuff in trenches, and below surface cable runs, all over for the power company. Only problem was rabbits and squirrels.
