[Boatanchors] coax

Greg,

Filling the PVC with Kitty Litter, which is a dried clay base material, 
it would swell up as it absorbs the water, then you have a royal mess!

Made a mistake and used it for the driveway when it got hit with 
freezing rain!  I'll NEVER do that again!
