    I have here the original two part Postage Paid Warranty Card for the 6M Converter S/N 453-1180. All the Test and Inspection Procedures are signed off by "Q 97."
    It is printed on nice heavy cardboard. While the Date of Purchase field is blank, it would appear that it was not mailed within the required 10-Day period, hi. 
    It is addressed to the National Company, 61 Sherman Street, in Malden 48, Mass. "Att.: Quality Control & Test Branch, Engineering Division."
    If this is for your Converter unit, I will mail it to you.
